This camp will help you escape the hustle and bustle of city life, so you can rediscover your connection with the divine, amidst stunning Welsh countryside!
In fact, our training camp was so successful last year that we are organising it again this year, due to popular demand!
If exciting physical challenges are your forte, you will have the unique opportunity to experience gorge walking during the day and unwind, relax, and bond with others, while roasting marshmallows over a warming camp fire at night!
Our camp will certainly feed your love for fun and adventure, but don’t worry, we won’t let your spiritual side go hungry either- inspiring talks by Sheikh Ja’far Ladak and Sayed Hassan Al-Sadr will set you on a journey of self-discovery and truth.
There will also be enriching, eye-opening workshops to show you how to identify and understand different personality types, what tools there are to manage your time succesfully and what techniques to use to network effectively.
The IUS camp is open to all (18+) volunteering novices and experts alike and will take place from Saturday 16th – Monday 18th of July 2016, for only £120 (members) / £130 (non-members), all inclusive, including transport from London and Manchester.
Even though camp prices are already heavily subsidised, there is an additional bursary available, for which you should enquire at camps@ius.org.uk.
For more information, please see our poster, or contact us directly at camps@ius.org.uk! We’d love to hear from you!
