Donate in Wales

Please fill out the below form to help us track donations through the NHS. You will then be redirect to the Welsh Blood Service website to book an appointment and finalise your attendence.

When on the Welsh Blood service website please select the date in the drop down next to the venue where you would like to donate. Fill out the provisional appointment booking details and submit. Please do so and complete the process in order to book your slot at one of our sessions.
