Imam Hussain’s Hope – IHBDC 2023 National Blood Unity Drive
Please fill out the below form to help us track donations through the NHS. You will then be redirect to the NHS Blood website to book an appointment and finalise your attendence.
After being redirected to blood.co.uk, book an appointment as follows:
1) Register or Log In to your account
2) Click “Book an Appointment”
3) Search by “Location/City or your “Postcode”
4) Filter by start and end dates (09/09 to 10/09 or 16/09 to 17/09)
5) Click “Apply”
6) Select Session and Times
7) Complete Booking
Please follow NHSBT guidelines and inform NHSBT as soon as possible should you need to cancel, be unwell or unavailable to attend your appointment, a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the session.
